Fueling for a greener tomorrow. AABCO Propane conducts business on the promise of a better future and with a commitment to simplify the use of propane by our customers through superior service. Our roots began in April, 1990 in Tecumseh, Ontario when founder and current owner Andy Burton sold Windsor Welding Supply to Air Products and formed AABCO.

Supplying propane and propane services to Southwestern Ontario, AABCO filled an important need in the marketplace - a locally owned and operated propane supply company in Essex County that could identify with its customers and provide the personal service they demanded.

Initially, we began out of a 10 x 20 trailer, on rented land on County Rd. 42 in Tecumseh. Through perseverance, it didn't take long before one person could no longer handle the entire workload and new employees were brought on to deliver cylinders to customers across the country.

At the time, we were only able to store 12,000 litres of propane on-site and it was apparent that AABCO would have to move and expand. After an extensive search, AABCO settled at its current location today at 5475 DiCocco Court in the northeast corner of Tecumseh, opening the new place of business in December of 2000.

AABCO now boasts a full staff of technicians, sales representatives, delivery personnel and installation experts with a storage capacity of 30,000 USWG and double the bulk delivery equipment had pre-2000. Such expansion over the years has positioned AABCO towards the future - that of providing a green, eco-friendly fuel source that can be used to reduce volatility in pricing, improve efficiency and reduce costs to our customers.
